Executive Assistant to
CEO of Creative Agency

Hello Design is seeking a detailed, organized Executive Assistant to our CEO/Creative Director. You’re the kind of person who thrives under pressure, who has a clear sense of priorities and doesn’t let anything stand in your way. You can coordinate and enforce calendars, schedules, checklists, and deadlines. We need someone professional and focused who can make sure our CEO’s time is spent properly and effectively. Japanese fluent a plus, but also be fluent in English.

仕事内容 -Provide admin support to CEO
-Anticipate needs, over-communicate, follow up
-Proactively review and update CEO’s schedule
-Organize and coordinate meetings and visitors
-Adapt to shifting priorities, timelines, and requests
-Assist with special projects as needed
-Book travel, make itineraries and expense reports
-Run errands, some personal
-Provide some admin support for leadership team
勤務時間 M-F 9am-6pm, plus occasional evenings and weekends
