＊Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing key accounts, promoting the company's logistics services.
＊Conduct client visits to generate new business and strengthen existing partnerships.
＊Create and send detailed quotations to customers, ensuring competitive pricing and service offerings.
＊Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining long-term satisfaction.
＊Attend and oversee the loading/unloading of shipments at port facilities, warehouses, customer sites, and other relevant locations to ensure smooth operations
＊Monitor compliance with agreements and address any operational issues with vendors.
＊Adhere to and enforce company policies and regulations to maintain a high standard of operations.
＊Perform other job-related duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the operations.

- Performs quotation processing over the phone, email and fax.
- Enter orders into the system and confirm orders to customer via email/fax.
- Process shipping instructions and packing lists to warehouse.
- Filing orders and checking customer’s open orders.
- Perform Physical Inventory when necessary.
- Back up billing role for the office and other branches when necessary.
- Support outside sales inquiry needs. (Stock and price check, open orders)
- Process quotation for outside sales. Process internal transfers

・運送業者と協力して、国際ベンダーからの製品輸入を管理
・請求書、配送チケットなどの書類処理など
